Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcome and support to jobseekers in the public workforce system.
• Assist clients with resumes, job applications, and interview practice.
• Identify employment barriers and connect clients to appropriate services.
• Maintain data integrity on case files and meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with staff and partner organizations to place clients in good-paying jobs.
• Maintain regular contact with clients through program milestones and aftercare.
