Responsibilities

• Build a professional one-on-one relationship with clients to aid in removing barriers to employment.
• Provide consistent case management and follow-up.
• Maintain organized database of clients and document all contacts.
• Create solutions to attendance problems and coordinate with trainings.
• Collaborate with business services to identify job opportunities and trainings.
• Provide operational support and ensure compliance-driven standards.
