Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking a dedicated professional to provide career advancement coaching to participants transitioning from initial support to ongoing advancement. You will develop and monitor individualized program plans, coordinate with Employer Engagement and Workforce Services to foster employment stability and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Science, Education, Career Coaching, Workforce Development or related field and four years' experience in Career Coaching or Workforce Development.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships through informative coaching, creating individualized program plans to support career advancement and employment retention.
• Monitors participants' progress, analyzes PAIRIN reports and Career Development Plans to determine eligibility and progress toward retention and advancement.
• Identifies skills gaps and behavioral traits to design outcomes for stronger employer relationships and longer-term career growth.
• Delivers services including development and implementation of comprehensive program plans to achieve employment retention and advancement.
• Collaborates with Workforce Services and external partners to ensure participants' successful employment history and growth opportunities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Science, Education, Career Coaching, Workforce Development or related field
