Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination of education and work experience considered.
• 1–3 years' experience in a related field preferred.
• Social work or related credential preferred.
• Valid state driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record required.
• Background checks (state and federal, CPS/LEIE where applicable) may be required.
• Ability to operate PC and databases; proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assess barriers to employment for associates at assigned location(s).
• Identify resources and refer to internal/external supports; include Goodwill Academy offerings.
• Collaborate with leadership to focus on job retention and development.
• Coordinate care and document intake data, service plans, and case notes timely.
