Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Associate's degree with two years of relevant work experience may qualify.
• High School diploma or GED with four years of relevant work experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, mission-driven case management and service navigation for Goodwill Keystone Area employees.
• Use Thrive and Flourish Matrix to assess wellbeing, identify barriers, and develop individualized success plans.
