Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus eligibility/customer service experience preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Determine initial and ongoing eligibility for the Care4Kids program.
• Manage a caseload and review applications and re-determinations.
• Calculate benefit awards and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service while responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate case documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 1 year eligibility/customer service experience

Associate’s degree + 3 years experience
