Job summary

Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a capable business development professional to serve as the primary liaison with referral sources, including physicians and hospitals.

You will promote Enhabit Home Health & Hospice services and educate partners on program requirements to drive referrals and improve patient outcomes. Qualified candidates will have a healthcare background, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales
• Knowledge of Medicare home health and hospice regulations
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• Ability to travel as needed and work in-office to support supervision and teamwork
• Experience with electronic referral systems and HCHB is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities)
• Educate referral sources on services and program requirements to grow referrals
• Support post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Navigate healthcare regulations and ensure compliance in home health and hospice operations
• Maintain dependable transportation and in-office attendance as needed for collaboration
