Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to act as the primary liaison with referral sources and healthcare partners. You will educate partners about Enhabit services and program requirements to grow referrals and improve post-acute care transitions, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes.

The role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a healthcare background, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; equivalent years of experience considered.
• Two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical license required if applying in a clinical track.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources.
• Educate referral sources and patients about Enhabit programs to grow referrals.
• Support post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality collaboration with care teams to optimize patient experiences.
