Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a dedicated business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources to drive post-acute care transitions.

You will educate partners on Enhabit services, ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, and collaborate across teams to improve patient outcomes and referral satisfaction. In-office attendance is essential; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; clinical degree acceptable.
• 2+ years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws for Medicare home health operations.
• Must have valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities, and others).
• Educate referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to support post-acute care transitions and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams to promote care transitions and referral source satisfaction.
