The role involves ensuring high-quality resident care, supervising team performance, and maintaining compliant processes. You will coordinate care plans with nurses and managers, manage inquiries, and support family interactions while promoting a safe and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus two years of related work experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior aligned with Hilltop values.
• Lead program by owning the project and ensuring quality care.
• Supervise scheduling, hiring, performance management and training.
• Maintain staffing at all times and monitor overtime usage.
• Coordinate medication administration tasks and record keeping.
• Engage with families and prospective clients as needed.
