Job summary

Hilltop-Park-Rehabilitation-and-Care-Cente is seeking a working supervisor to oversee the housekeeping department in a nursing center. You will coordinate daily tasks, supervise environmental services staff, and ensure sanitary conditions in resident areas, while collaborating with nurses, physicians and department leaders on requests and infection prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience in housekeeping or laundry in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Environmental Services staff and daily work across center areas.
• Maintains records of accounts payable, supplies, equipment maintenance and department business.
• Trains housekeeping and laundry staff on cleaning, laundry and maintenance tasks; inspects work for standards.
• Coordinates cleaning and sanitation of rooms, fixtures, and spaces; on-call for emergencies.
