Job summary

Hilltop Community Resources Inc. is seeking an Activity and Care Supervisor to oversee staff attendance, scheduling, and daily department operations.

You will ensure residents have a safe, engaging, and supportive experience, including hospitality and customer service duties as needed. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with two years of related work experience, plus some supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years related experience; supervisory preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Colorado Driver’s License required (preferred not always then included in description).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; De‑escalation training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff attendance, scheduling, hiring, and performance management.
• Coordinate daily department operations and ensure safe, engaging resident experiences.
• Provide guidance on care plans and liaise with nurses, coordinators, and physicians.
• Review timesheets and manage overtime; ensure adequate staffing at all times.
• Assist with program inquiries, enrollments, and family communications.
• Supervise medication cart processes and QA for medication procedures.
• Oversee volunteers and participate in meetings as assigned.
