Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking an RN Care Support Supervisor to oversee daily operations across Support Center, Clinical Staffing, and Crisis Care in our WPB office. This role serves as both professional and administrative leader for Care Support staff and partners with physicians, coordinators, and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• One year of leadership experience in hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, or home health.
• Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily operations for assigned regions, including Support Center, Clinical Staffing, and Crisis Care services.
• Manage and evaluate employee performance, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee work schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and operational efficiency.
• Direct and support Care Support staff, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor clinical and patient care activities across assigned teams to ensure quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison between administration, physicians, coordinators, and clinical staff, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking an RN Care Support Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of assigned regions, including Support Center, Clinical Staffing, and Crisis Care functions in our WPB office. The role serves as both the professional and administrative leader for Care Support staff, fostering collaboration among clinical teams, physicians, coordinators, and administrative leadership.

Your schedule will be: 7am - 7:30pm and every other weekend.

What you'll Need

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• One year of recent leadership experience in hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, or home health, public/health, geriatric care experience preferred.
• Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
