Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide rapid hospice field visits across Palm Beach County. You will work 7pm–7:30am with every other weekend, delivering patient-centered care in home and community settings.
As a Field-Based Emergent Care RN, you will triage urgent conditions, collaborate with physicians and the care team, educate families, and help prevent unnecessary hospital visits while supporting dignity and comfort at the end of life.

The Field-Based Emergent Care Registered Nurse (RN) provides rapid-response, patient-centered clinical care to individuals in home and community settings.
You will:
Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
