Job summary

Empath Trustbridge Hospice in Florida is seeking an RN Care Support Supervisor to oversee daily operations across Support Center, Clinical Staffing and Crisis Care in our WPB office. You’ll lead Care Support staff, partner with clinical teams, physicians, coordinators, and administrative leadership to drive operational excellence and high-quality patient care.

This role requires a Florida RN license, BLS, and proven leadership in hospice or related fields.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Florida (FL RN).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1+ year leadership experience in hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, home health, or geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily operations for assigned regions (Support Center, Clinical Staffing, Crisis Care).
• Manage and evaluate staff performance, provide coaching and development.
• Develop and oversee work schedules to ensure staffing coverage and efficiency.
• Direct and support Care Support staff to foster accountability and teamwork.
• Coordinate clinical and patient care activities to ensure quality outcomes and satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between administration, physicians, coordinators and clinical staff.

Empath Trustbridge Hospice is seeking an RN Care Support Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of assigned regions, including Support Center, Clinical Staffing, and Crisis Care functions in our WPB office.The role serves as both the professional and administrative leader for Care Support staff, fostering collaboration among clinical teams, physicians, coordinators, and administrative leadership.If you are a leader who can drive operational excellence, manage staff performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and support services, please apply. Your schedule will be: 7am - 7:30pm and every other weekend

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily operations for assigned regions, including Support Center, Clinical Staffing, and Crisis Care services.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor clinical and patient care activities across assigned teams to ensure quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison between administration, physicians, coordinators, and clinical staff, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

What You'll Need

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• One year of recent leadership experience in hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, or home health, public/health, geriatric care experience preferred.
• Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
