Job summary

Lakeview Post Acute Florissant Skilled Nursing, LLC is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure adequate nursing staffing aligned with budget and census targets. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Human Resources to schedule staff, maintain records, and support unit coverage across the facility.

The role requires a high school education or equivalent; a CNA or CMT license is a plus, and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medication Aid a plus.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must hold a CNA or CMT license valid in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining current resident care employee phone lists and postings.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing with DNS and Human Resources.
• Prepare and maintain nursing department records, forms, and time cards.
• Develop and post monthly nursing schedules and coordinate coverage.
• Attend committee meetings and compile reports related to staffing issues.
• Provide orientation and in-service support for newly hired personnel.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
• Review complaints and implement staffing improvements as directed.
