Golden Care in La Mesa, CA is seeking a Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator to ensure every client shift is staffed and covered. You will coordinate caregiver schedules, fill open and last-minute shifts, and serve as a reliable point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced home care environment. This role includes rotating after-hours and weekend on-call responsibilities and daily collaboration with

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of scheduling, staffing, dispatch, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize competing needs and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and empathetic customer-service mindset.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain client care schedules in WellSky and ensure appropriate shift coverage.
• Fill open, call-off, and last-minute shifts by contacting caregivers.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, location, language, care needs and personality fit.
• Monitor caregiver clock-ins/outs and address late or missed visits.
• Track caregiver availability, time-off requests, hours, and overtime.
• Identify scheduling gaps and secure coverage proactively.
