Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of scheduling, staffing, dispatch, or workforce coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
• Willingness to participate in rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client care schedules and ensure shift coverage.
• Fill open, call-off, and last-minute shifts by contacting caregivers.
• Match caregivers with clients by availability, skills, location, language, and needs.
• Monitor clock-ins/outs and follow up on late visits.
• Track availability, time-off, hours, and potential overtime.
• Serve as the primary daily contact for caregivers and clients; confirm shifts and updates.
• Escalate concerns to the Care Management team when needed.
• Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule.
• Maintain scheduling records and protect HIPAA/privacy requirements.
