Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking a Scheduling & Recruitment Coordinator in Gainesville, GA to organize caregiver schedules and manage recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You will handle scheduling, recruitment leads, and coordination with clients and families to ensure dependable care.

This part-time role offers 20–30 hours per week with hourly pay from $15 to $20, depending on experience, and requires strong communication and organizational skills to respond to emergencies and staffing

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, scheduling or recruitment is preferred.
• CNA or caregiving experience is strongly preferred due to possible emergency coverages.
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficient with scheduling software and computers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily caregiver schedules and ensure shifts are staffed.
• Respond to caregiver call-outs and arrange emergency coverage.
• Provide direct client care and cover emergency shifts when needed.
• Prescreen applicants to assess qualifications and fit.
• Track applicants, interviews, and hiring progress.
• Maintain scheduling records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and management.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address client concerns.
• Identify staffing issues and develop practical solutions.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with company policies and client care needs.
