HomeWell Care Services AR174 is seeking a highly organized Scheduling & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Gainesville, GA team. The role focuses on managing caregiver schedules, handling recruitment, and ensuring dependable client care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, issue resolution, and initiative; occasional emergency shifts may occur. Part-time hours, with a 20–30 hour weekly expectation and hourly pay between $15 and $20.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare scheduling preferred.
• CNA or caregiving experience preferred for emergency coverage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and independently prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily caregiver schedules and ensure client shifts are staffed.
• Respond promptly to caregiver call-outs and arrange emergency coverage.
• Provide direct client care and cover emergency shifts when needed.
• Assist with prescreening applicants and track hiring progress.
• Maintain scheduling records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and management.
• Handle scheduling conflicts and client concerns with professionalism.
• Proactively identify staffing issues and develop solutions.
• Ensure scheduling aligns with company policies and client care needs.
