Qualifications

• Experience in home care or home health, whether as a caregiver, scheduler, or coordinator.
• Active HHA or CNA certification is required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for caregivers and families, keeping communication clear.
• Manage scheduling and step in to cover shifts in the field.
• Keep client records and care plans current and accurate.
• Support onboarding and compliance tracking.
• Flag concerns to supervising RN and Agency Directors.
