Pacific Clinics is seeking a Scheduling/Intake Coordinator to support the ABA program. You will manage intake and scheduling, engage with clients and families, and enter data into the electronic health record under supervision.

Strong multitasking and bilingual Spanish communication are valued. Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, intake, discharge processes, and collaborating with program staff to optimize scheduling and resource use.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in fast-paced environment with multitasking logistics.
• Experience using electronic health records or practice management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Processes internal and external referrals under supervision.
• Supports scheduling/intake and manages EHR data entry.
• Coordinates with ABA program team, clients, and families to align appointments.
