Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is a non-medical, in-home care company serving seniors. With over 450 offices in 6 years, we aim to provide high-quality care for clients across 43 states. You will manage schedules between clients and caregivers, report to the local Operating Director, and assist in growth and management of the office in Salem, OR.

Qualifications

• Has at least one year of experience working in home care/healthcare.
• Has at least one year of recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Assess client needs and caregiver availability to ensure shifts are properly staffed.
• Compliance: Ensuring office's compliance to state and federal regulations.
• Customer Service: Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
