Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative assistant-level experience.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• General proficiency with computer software and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain weekly and monthly scheduling for clinical staff.
• Schedule patient visits for nursing and therapy staff per regulatory timeframes.
• Assign territories and care teams to new admissions; update charts as needed.
• Manage daily scheduling workflow including rescheduled or declined visits.
• Track patient appointments and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Provide scheduling-related customer service by phone and digital platforms.
• Run daily/weekly operational reports.
• Support Clinial Managers with payer authorization issues affecting scheduling.
• Facilitate timely admissions with the Triage Manager.
• Maintain scheduling records and support QAPI/compliance activities.
