Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver and client schedules to ensure full shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Answer incoming calls from clients and caregivers, providing high-quality service.
• Provide general administrative support to the Operating Director.
• Rotate on-call phone coverage after hours.
