About the Role

As our Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler, you will play a vital part in ensuring our residents receive outstanding care by skillfully organizing and maintaining nursing staff schedules. You'll collaborate with both internal team members and support staff to guarantee each shift is fully covered, helping to create a positive and responsive work environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update master schedules for nursing staff
• Coordinate coverage for all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and Baylor shift.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions

• Ability to move throughout the facility as needed.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and sit for extended periods.
