Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for clients and caregivers with clear, compassionate communication.
• Plan and assist with community events and activities for residents.
• Provide compassionate customer service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and participate in trainings as required.
• Assist with other duties and cover caregiver shifts when needed.
