You will manage calls, greet guests, and provide clerical support to facility leadership in a welcoming front desk environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior receptionist/clerical experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong organization and multitasking.
• Proficiency in basic office software.

Responsabilités

• Answer and route incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors and direct them appropriately.
• Maintain a friendly, calm, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Provide clerical assistance to the Administrator and management staff as requested.
• Perform typing, copying, faxing, filing, and other office tasks.
• Distribute mail, paychecks, meal tickets, and other materials as directed.
• Forward mail for former residents according to facility procedures.
• Follow all HIPAA privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Attend all mandatory in-services, meetings, and training sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
