Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a Care Partner to join our team in Fort Collins. The role offers full-time shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm) and responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living, housekeeping, and supporting life enrichment activities.

The position emphasizes compassionate care, effective communication, and adherence to care plans. Qualifications include a high school diploma and CNA/Home Health Aide preferred, CPR/First Aid preferred, and successful completion

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must complete all state and Experience Senior Living specified training programs.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence; write simple correspondence; present information clearly.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned by the care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks and laundry per established procedures.
• Support residents to and from life enrichment programs; promote independence and personal choices.
• Respond to resident pendant/wearable calls promptly and communicate changes to the Director of Health & Wellness.
• Maintain infection control practices and report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Protect residents' privacy and rights; assist in emergency readiness and disaster response.
