Meridian Senior Living in Effingham, IL seeks a caring Caregiver/Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while documenting care and communicating changes to the team.

Must be 18+, compassion for the elderly, and able to work well in a team. CNA license is not required; health checks and background screening are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
• Keep proper care records and report changes in residents’ conditions to the team.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
