Meridian Senior Living in Effingham, IL is hiring a part-time Caregiver/Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and incontinence care. You will maintain care records and communicate changes to the team and families.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Must meet health requirements and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant you will provide direct care assisting residents in daily activities.
• Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
• Keep proper care records and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
