Meridian Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Resident Assistant for the part-time night shift to support residents in daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility. You will help maintain comfort and safety in a caring, respectful environment.

Responsibilities include documenting care, reporting changes, and collaborating with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public to promote dignity and quality of life for every resident.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care assisting residents in daily activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
• Keep proper care records and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
