Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver/Resident Assistant to provide direct daily care for residents on site. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and incontinence while maintaining accurate care records and communicating changes to the team.

Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be compassionate about working with the elderly. We value teamwork, integrity and excellence, with a solid benefits package and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with mobility and incontinence care.
• Maintain proper care records and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Interact professionally with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
