Responsibilities

• Cleans public areas and resident apartments including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture and common areas.
• Performs laundry duties: washing, drying and ironing resident laundry and linens.
• Maintains laundry areas and stocks cleaning cart with supplies.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Empties wastebaskets and transports trash to disposal area.
• Reports issues promptly to Supervisor and completes maintenance work orders.
