Qualifications

• Ability to provide personal care and mobility assistance.
• Ability to document health changes for Wellness Team.
• Ability to communicate with residents and families in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Observe, document, and report changes in health or behavior.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with residents, families, other team members, and guests.
• Light housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness.
