Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in Wake Forest, NC. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety, privacy, and dignity, and work in a supportive team to create a nurturing home.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, state-approved caregiver training, and current First Aid/CPR. You will join a caring team with opportunities for training, benefits, and growth within a values-driven organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA).
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Promote independence, privacy, safety, and dignity in daily routines.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and room upkeep.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
