Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing and dressing.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Promote communication among healthcare professionals and families.
