Rogerson Communities in Boston is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HHA/PCA) to join our care team in various shifts. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, meds under supervision, and documenting care activities.

Ideal candidates hold CNA/HHA/PCA certification, CPR/First Aid, and 2+ years of experience with Alzheimer's. This non-exempt role offers flexible scheduling, with both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualificações

• CNA/HHA/PCA certification required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Knowledge of aging and experience with Alzheimer’s preferred.
• Ability to be flexible with scheduling and work as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation using canes, walkers, and wheelchairs.
• Administer or supervise medications as directed by supervisor.
• Document in care records and communicate with the care team.
• Support care planning meetings and participate in care plan evaluations.
• Ensure cleanliness and stock supplies in resident areas.
• Report changes in resident status to Wellness Director/Clinical Care Coordinator.
• Support Therapeutic Recreation activities and assist with events.
