Rogerson Brand is seeking a Care Partner (CNA, HHA, PCA) to support residents with daily living activities and medical-related tasks. The role requires CNA/HHA/PCA certification, CPR/First Aid, and experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia, with sensitivity to aging.

Flexibility with scheduling and strong teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring health status, supporting care plans, and coordinating with the Wellness Director and multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification
• CPR/First Aid certification
• 2+ years of experience with Alzheimer's or related disorders
• Sensitivity to aging issues
• Flexible with scheduling and able to work as a team

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs (toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding) and mobility.
• Perform treatments (vital signs, weights, temp, skin care, ROM).
• Administer medications under supervision.
• Document in records and care logs; assist care planning meetings.
• Escort residents to appointments and maintain cleanliness and supplies.
• Report changes in resident status promptly to supervisor.
• Support Therapeutic Recreation activities and events.
• Work flexible hours and collaborate with peers.
• Maintain all required certifications and assist in training new staff.
