Job summary

Artis Senior Living of Lexington in Lexington, MA is seeking a Care Partner (CNA) to provide daily living support for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia. You will assist with activities of daily living, help with mobility, and monitor safety in a caring environment.

The role requires CNA certification where required, willingness to maintain First Aid/CPR, and ongoing continuing education. This is a full-time 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift with every other weekend, and competitive benefits accompany

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA certification if state requires it.
• Continuing education credits as required by state.
• Willing to obtain and/or maintain First Aid/ CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/eating.
• Transport residents within the community to meals, enrichment activities, and other programs.
• Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions and document thoroughly.
• Respond to emergency calls and correct safety hazards in a timely, safe manner.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to infection prevention and safety regulations.
