Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Brookline, MA is seeking compassionate CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers for immediate opportunities in home-based care. We offer both full-time and part-time schedules with weekday and weekend shifts, and flexible options to fit your life.

Earn $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay and 20+ hours per week. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines
• Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team
