Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home.
• Follow each client’s care plan and daily routine.
• Report changes in clients’ needs or conditions to the care team.
