Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Pleasant Hill, California is hiring a Care Partner to join our warm, compassionate team. Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday-Saturday PM | 2:00 p.m.

– 10:00 p.m.; Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour. You’ll work with a team of Care Partners to assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, dressing, meals, and mobility, while following care plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older per Title 22 requirements
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of Care Partners to assist residents with activities of daily living (continence care, showering, grooming, transfer, meal assistance)
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management
• Document care accurately using company devices and follow individual care plans
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members

What You’ll Do:
