Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in California is seeking Care Partners on a flexible on-call schedule with weekend coverage. Join a team that helps residents with daily living activities, grooming, meals, transfers, and companionship in a warm community.

You will document care, report changes, follow care plans, and participate in safety and elopement prevention while delivering compassionate, respectful support to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, meal assistance).
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

What we are hiring for: Care Patners

Flexible On-Call (Weekend Required) 6AM-2:30PM- 2PM-10:30PM

Pay Range: $18.00-19.00

What You’ll Do:

• Work on a team of Care Partners to assist our resident with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance.
