Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our team in Sacramento, CA. You will work on a care team to assist residents with daily living activities and report changes to management. You will document care using provided devices and follow each resident's plan.

We offer hands-on training, paid shifts, and a supportive culture focused on quality of life for residents and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

What we are hiring for:

Schedule:

Friday through Monday 6AM-2:30PM

Tuesday through Saturday 2PM-10:30PM

Flexible on call- OPEN AVAILABILITY- WEEKEND REQUIRED.

Pay Range: $18-$19

What You’ll Do:

• Work on a team of Care Partners to assist our resident with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
