Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Davis, CA seeks a Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities, including mobility, grooming, and meal assistance, in a compassionate, team-oriented environment. You will document care using company devices, follow care plans, and participate in safety protocols while delivering a warm, respectful atmosphere for residents and their families.

Training provided; full-time schedule available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including continence care, showering, grooming, transfer, and meal assistance.
• Monitor changes in resident care plans and report to management.
• Document care using company devices and follow care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

What we are hiring for:

Schedule: Full-Time

Friday through Monday AM: 6:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

Tuesday - Saturday PM: 2:30 p.m. - 10:45 p.m.

Pay Range:

$17.00-$18.00

What You’ll Do:

• Work on a team of Care Partners to assist our resident with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
