Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Pleasant Hill, CA is hiring a part-time Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities. You will work on a dedicated team to maintain a warm, caring environment while following individual care plans and safety protocols.

The role offers evening hours Fri and Sat (2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) with competitive pay. No prior caregiving experience is required, as training will be provided to the right candidate and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of Care Partners to assist our residents with activities of daily living including continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.

What we are hiring for:

Schedule: Part-Time | Friday, Saturday PM | 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Pay Range: $18.00 -$19.00

What You’ll Do:

• Work on a team of Care Partners to assist our resident with activities of daily living that can include continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meal assistance.
