Job summary

Carlton Senior Living in Fremont, CA is seeking compassionate Care Partners to assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, transfers, toileting assistance, and meals, in a warm, team‑oriented environment.

In this role you will monitor and report changes to care plans, document care with company devices, support safety protocols, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents and families. We offer annual raises, immediate pay, benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including continence care, showering, grooming, transfer assistance, and meals.
• Monitor and report changes in resident care plans to management.
• Document care accurately using company-provided devices and follow individual care plans.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

Pay Range

$19-$20/Hour
