Job summary

Team Select Home Care seeks a Relationship Manager to oversee caseload governance and staffing across branches in Indiana. You will supervise census performance, coordinate payroll with branch staff, and ensure timely referrals and intake while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

You will build strong relationships with families, field staff, and care teams to support patient satisfaction and branch stability, contributing to financial metrics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, staffing coverage, and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and healthcare staffing processes.
• Effective leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Minimum one year of management experience in healthcare; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for assigned caseload and census performance.
• Provide staffing coverage for a typical caseload range varying by branch location.
• Staff open shifts for assigned cases and address coverage gaps.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours staffing needs.
• Maintain frequent and professional communication with families regarding staffing updates and care coordination.
• Build and sustain relationships with field staff to support retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing, Case Managers, and Caregivers to coordinate operational and care needs.
• Promote positive working relationships that support patient satisfaction and branch stability.
• Support branch financial metrics through staffing and census management.
• Ensure payroll verification in coordination with branch staff.
• Oversee referral and intake coordination as assigned.
• Ensure insurance eligibility and authorization requirements are addressed appropriately.
• Adhere to company policies, state and federal regulations, and compliance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, and company information.
• Maintain cross-functional collaboration with all branch departments ensuring processes and standards remain compliant.
