Team Select Home Care in Evansville, IN seeks a Relationship Manager to oversee a client caseload and census within the branch. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and relation-building to ensure patients are served and coverage is maintained.

You will coordinate with Nursing Directors, Case Managers, and Caregivers to maintain census stability and branch performance, while supporting payroll, referrals, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Manage caseloads, staffing coverage, and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and healthcare staffing processes.
• Effective leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Minimum one year of management experience in healthcare; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for assigned caseload and census performance.
• Provide staffing coverage for a typical caseload range varying by branch.
• Staff open shifts and address coverage gaps.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours staffing.
• Maintain frequent professional communication with families and care teams.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and care teams to coordinate needs.
• Support branch financial metrics and payroll verification.
